Belgravia eHealth was founded in 2012 as a leading provider of software solutions for Australasian Ambulance services and other health services, such as hospitals, virtual emergency, GP after hours services, and telehealth health services.
Our partnership with OneAdvanced ensures that the suite of IT solutions on offer for ambulance, primary care and community care service, represent the cutting edge of clinical knowledge and practice.

Our Board of Directors
Geoffrey Lord
Geoff has a long history as a director of listed companies and sporting clubs. He came to prominence as a director of the John Elliot helmed Elders Group in the mid-70s, remaining with the group until 1991, when he established the family office of Belgravia Group.
Belgravia Group invested in the wholly owned Belgravia Health & Leisure Group, a business which has grown to employ approximately 7,000 people in the Leisure Centre, Gymnasiums, Gymnastics, Learn to Swim and Dance arenas in Australia and New Zealand. It also has significant operations in manufacture and supply of sports apparel (including the official 2024 Paralympics uniforms) and corporate uniforms.
Geoff has remained a professional investor and director of public companies, with his history including AFL club Hawthorn, A-league soccer club Melbourne Victory (in which he was also the first investor), small-cap listed companies such as Triako Resources, MaxiTRANS and IDT Australia and IT roll-ups UXC and Tesserent. He also recently assisted with the establishment of alternative funder Judo Bank.
In 1996, Geoff and Mark Ross established a joint venture company, Belgravia Technologies, with a focus on developing innovative software solutions of which he is extremely excited to be a part of. Belgravia eHealth is a prime example of their work.
Mark Ross
Mark has 45 years of experience in the international IT industry, starting his career as an academic in Computer Science at Melbourne University and the RMIT University before founding his first startup in 1990. Having been involved in numerous startups, Mark has significant experience in developing and leading IT companies in the Australian, US and Global Markets. Mark has been actively involved in the venture industry.
Belgravia Technologies (a joint venture between Mark and Geoff Lord) was formed in 1996 as a vehicle for developing innovative software solutions. Belgravia eHealth (a subsidiary company) is a prime example of such a solution.
Brett Nicholson
Brett has been Company Secretary and CFO of Belgravia eHealth since its establishment. He has been the CFO of the Belgravia Group since January 2001, responsible for group reporting and compliance as well as overseeing the divisional finance functions, and is a director of the Belgravia Foundation, a registered charity aiming to ensure no-one misses out on being connected to sport & fitness.
Before joining the private sector, he worked for 6 years in public practice including tax and audit both in Australia and overseas. He is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and holds a Master of Engineering (Electrical) from Imperial College, London.

Brett Harrison
As the founding CEO of Belgravia eHealth Brett consolidates over twenty years experience in technology delivery with his expertise in the care and health industries.
Working closely with business leaders Brett has created the strategies to implement major changes in the delivery of services through technology for the care and retirement living markets.
Brett’s experience in the management of technology and process improvement teams including the oversight of major change project and vendor & technology selection means he has experienced technology change from both the delivery and the customer sides of implementations. These experiences are critical for the successful ongoing use of technology in the delivery of quality care. His experience and knowledge has resulted in him being a regular speaker and delegate at conferences covering new and upcoming technologies and their application in the care sector.
Prior to joining Belgravia, Brett held a number of senior roles at Australian Unity including Head of Technology Delivery for their Retirement Living business and Program Director for Investments. Prior to Australian Unity Brett was an early employee of Plum Financial Services, an enterprise start-up backed by MLC and Vanguard to exploit emerging technologies such as websites & IVR systems for the delivery of services directly to its customers.
Jessica Hickingbotham
10 years’ experience as a registered nurse currently specialising in emergency department telehealth, Jess has been managing our clinical user group and providing training to Australian CDSS customers since 2020.
James Chen
With 10 years’ experience in support of health technology solutions, James has managed the technical aspects of CDSS implementations since 2014. This has included the hosting environment, product installation and support.
Darren Li
Bringing 5 years of research expertise and 8 years of open-source development experience, Darren drives enhancement of existing software functionalities and furthering its integration into other systems deliverables.
