Our partnership with Advanced Health & Care (UK) ensures that the suite of IT solutions on offer for ambulance, primary care and community care service represent the cutting edge of clinical knowledge and practice. Advanced Health & Care are world leaders in digital innovation for health, with nearly 1,000 organisations worldwide drawing on the expertise, system and service solutions provided.

Our People

Brett Harrison (CEO)

Brett Harrison - CEO, Belgravia Health & Care

As the founding CEO of Belgravia eHealth Brett consolidates over twenty years experience in technology delivery with his expertise in the care and health industries.

Working closely with business leaders Brett has created the strategies to implement major changes in the delivery of services through technology for the care and retirement living markets.

Brett’s experience in the management of technology and process improvement teams including the oversight of major change project and vendor & technology selection means he has experienced technology change from both the delivery and the customer sides of implementations. These experiences are critical for the successful ongoing use of technology in the delivery of quality care. His experience and knowledge has resulted in him being a regular speaker and delegate at conferences covering new and upcoming technologies and their application in the care sector.

Prior to joining Belgravia, Brett held a number of senior roles at Australian Unity including Head of Technology Delivery for their Retirement Living business and Program Director for Investments. Prior to Australian Unity Brett was an early employee of Plum Financial Services, an enterprise start-up backed by MLC and Vanguard to exploit emerging technologies such as websites & IVR systems for the delivery of services directly to its customers.

Geoffrey Lord – Chairman

Geoffrey Lord - Chairman, Belgravia Health & Care

Geoff commenced his business career in 1965 with Ford Motor Company, holding several positions including National Sales Planning Manager, and rising to Marketing Director of Ford South East Asia, before joining Henry Jones (IXL) Limited in 1973. He was elected to the Board in 1978 and remained a director of several companies associated with the Elders Group until 1992, including Elders IXL and Fosters Brewing Group.

In 1985 Geoff started a new public company known as Elders Resources Limited. He was appointed Chief Executive and Deputy Chairman. From 1985 to 1990 Elders Resources grew to a peak market capitalisation in excess of $2bn, with some 15,000 staff and a $7bn turnover. In 1990 Elders IXL sold their stake (40%) in Elders Resources and Mr Lord retired from the group to commence business for himself. Geoff was the chairman of the Australian football (soccer) club, Melbourne Victory in the A-League and the former president of Hawthorn Football Club (AFL). He founded the Belgravia Group in 1990. It now employs over 5500 people in a wide variety of operations, and is one of the largest operators of golf courses and fitness centres in Australia.

Geoff has a strong passion for building businesses and supporting entrepreneurs. Geoff is currently Deputy Chairman of UXC and a Director of Maxitrans and IDT Australia.

Mark Ross – Director

Mark Ross - Director, Belgravia Health & Care

Belgravia Technologies (a joint venture between Mark and Geoff) was formed in 1998 as an investment company that specialises in information technology. Currently Belgravia Technologies has active involvements in the out-of-hospital Health and Care sector, mobile device applications for Sports and Education sector and the Hospitality sector through the subsidiary companies Belgravia eHealth, C4E1 and Redcat.

Mark has 35 years of experience in the international IT industry, starting his career as an academic in Computer Science at Melbourne University and the RMIT University before founding his first startup in 1990. Having been involved in numerous startups, Mark has significant experience in developing and leading IT companies in the Australian, US and Global Markets. Mark has been actively involved in the venture industry.
