who we are

But this is becoming more and more difficult as our emergency services are increasingly tied up with non-emergency care, problems with hospital access block and ambulance ramping persist, and government funding cuts continue to apply pressure to service providers.

Our software solutions, Adastra and Odyssey, offer a simple, intuitive and reliable secondary triage system that has provided trusted support to ambulance services worldwide for over ten years.

Secondary triage offers ambulance call handlers with an efficient and clinically reliable support system, helping to ensure that every call – urgent or not – is provided with the fastest and best response according to the patient’s needs.
